No full refund given even train was late

Hi,

Following 3 TDR are filled by me but i did not get full or any amount for these:

1. PNR# 2626366927: TDR Filing Date-25-Sep. No refund till now around 1 and half years are over since the date of DTR filled.

2. PNR# 6339361538: TDR Filing Date-23-Mar. Ticket cost was Rs. 799 but I have received only Rs. 399.As i know, i should receive full amount of my ticket if train is late more than 3 hours. Train was late around 8-10 hours on 22nd March on Kanpur central station (My Boarding point). Around 1 year is over since the date of DTR filled.

3. PNR# 6240928134: TDR Filing Date-23-Apr. Ticket cost was Rs. 152 but I have received only Rs. 76. As i know, i should receive full amount of my ticket if train is late more than 3 hours. Train was late around 8-10 hours on 22nd March on Kanpur central station (My Boarding point). Around 1 year is over since the date of DTR filled.

Plz let me know when will i receive my amount for these TDR entries.
