I HAD BOOKED an online e-ticket by Janshatabdi exp from HAVERI to BANGALORE on journey date 7-9 by 2S class for my friend and his family. Due to some problem they missed the train. As such I had to enter TDR the next day when it appeared in the File TDR list. I checked the status on 14th SEP. the report says the TDR has been approved (written as EDR Approved) and amount refunded. But immediately in the next box under REFUNDED AMOUNT it shows amount refunded is Rs 0.00. I called the customer care where I was asked to attach a copy of the page and send a mail to [email protected]. I immediately sent a mail with the attachment. Till date no amount has been refunded to my account. When i tried calling the customer care at Chennai and New Delhi. The call is never picked up.
The PNR No of the ticket is 4132893167; booking date 6/9. Journey date 7/9.
Hope the problem is solved at the earliest
