Hi,
I recently updated my IRCTC profile (Login: pranil_k) as I saw a message while booking a new train ticket that some of the details in my profile were missing. After that I received new password through email and also I was supposed to receive mobile verification code on registered mobile no 9975389102. However I have not received mobile verification code after several times sending mails to [email protected] as well as calling them several times. Without mobile verification code I can not use my IRCTC profile at all.
Could you pls help me get my mobile verification code?
