I had few train e-tickets where myself and some family members could not travel. As per their policy, on e-tickets, if chart is prepared, there's only one option to get refund and that was to file a TDR on IRCTC.CO.IN website. I did and waited for years to get refund. I followed up frequently on a periodic basis and got some refunds and some are still pending.
Few weeks back I could not log into their website and upon sending request to their help-desk team, I got a reply that my account has been blocked for filing a false TDR.
This is a serious allegation and I want to raise it to highest level. I am not ready to face these allegations just because of their department's incomplete investigations who came to conclusion that my claims are false. I have proofs that I did not traveled and have requested them to investigate. Still sending requests but they are not responding now.
