IRCTC
Money deducted from my a/c but ticket has not booked

I have booked a railway ticket in the IRCTC site on 5th sep 2010. Journey was from Bhubaneswar (BBS) to barpali (BRPL) on 10th sep.

But while returning from state bank of india (SBI) site it could not returned to the IRCTC site.

The amount has deducted from my SBI a/c no. But there is no tickets showing in the list of BOOKED HISTORY.

So please consider the case and refund it to my SBI a/c.
