1 A TICKET PNR NO 2353855187 WAS BOOKED FOR 06 PERSONS IN SARNATH EXPRESS FROM MAIHAR TO DURG

2 THE TRAIN CAME ABOUT TWO HRS LATE AND LEFT NEAR ABOUT 10PM CAN BE CONFIRMED FROM DRIVERS/GUARD/SM DIARY/REPORT

3 DUE TO NIGHT PEOPLE IN THE COMPARTMENT DID NOT OPEN THE DOOR I WAS TRAVELLING WITH TWO SENIOR CITIZEN (PARENTS)&TWO BABIES SO WE WERE UNABLE TO BOARD IN THE COMPARTMENT & THE TRAIN LEFT

4 THE CASE WAS REPORTED/PUT TO THE STATION MASTER &GRP THEY ALL SUGGESTD ME TO COME IN THE MORNING FOR TDR AT THAT TIME IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MAKE LATE AS I HAD TO TRAVEL ANOTHER 10 KMS AT NIGHT WITH FAMILY TO COME HOME THE ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE APPLICATION

4 THE TICKET WAS SUBMITTED IN THE MORNING FOR REFUND

5 NOW ON 23JULY I GOT AN EMAIL DENYING TO REFUND BECAUSE THE TICKET WAS SUBMITTED AFTER 12 HRS OF DEPARTURE OF THE TRAIN

6 THE PROOF OF TICKET &EMAIL RECD HAVE BEEN ENCLOSED

7 I REQUEST YOU TO RECONSIDER YOUR DECISION BECAUSE MY TICKET WAS SUBMITTED WITHIN 12 HRS FROM DEPARTURE OF THE TRAIN

8 BEING FELT INSULTED NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO PROCEED FURTHER FOR MY CONSUMER RIGHTS TO THE COMPETENT COURT/AUTHORITIES AFTER 15 DAYS OF THIS REQUEST
