Error occured while booking e ticket

Hello,

i have booked e ticket for manmad to bidar on 30th of dec and again on the same route on 31st of dec,

i got a confirmed ticket from varanasi to manmad but while making a ticket from manmad to bidar after the payment is done through S.B.I debit card i was given a redirect link and the ticket has not been confirmed to me. This same thing happen again on 31st dec while i tried to book a ticket through my brother S.B.I debit card.

This is really an undesired situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.
