Efund against the cancelled train

I have booked e-ticket Transaction ID 0163030107, PNR No. 2300144116 TRAIN NO & NAME--8102/MURI EXPRESS DATED 01-JAN FROM RENUKUT (RNQ) TO TATA NAGAR JN (TATA). The train was cancelled without any announcement due to the jharkhand baand.

Please arrange to make refund without deducting cancellation charges. The passengers having counter tickets were refunded the entire amount at the station itself. So please make the necessary arrangements for the refund.
