No refund credited since 5.5 months

Sir,

I have cancelled my e-ticket through filing TDR online in the month of Oct. but still I have not received my refund back. I have written atleast 10 e-mails to care@irctc.co.in, tdr@ircrc.co.in, tdrprocess@irctc.co.in and e-ticket@irctc.co.in. Sometimes, there is no response ans sometimes there is response saying refund is under process.

But still the fact is I am struggling for my refund.
