I have booked an e-ticket in tatkal but the ticket was not listed under my booked tickets list. Due to this, I could not take out a print out and could not travel in train. When I enquired with IRCTC customer care, they told that the ticket was booked with a different username when actually I have proofs from bank manager's statement, my bank account statement indicating that the transaction was made by me under my username but there is no response on this from IRCTC end and there is no refund of the amount either.
