Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have booked 6 tickets with the PNR NO.8463929673 & Transaction ID 0201228211. The booking status was waiting after the preparation of chart only two tickets were confirmed but I have not received the credit of cancelled tickets amount in my Punjab National Bank A/C . Yet. i have several reminder to irctc but no solution provided me till date... Plz look into the matter & do needful as soon as possible.
