Non Payment of Refund amount

Hello,

on 15/05, while booking for 2 tickets on JETLITE flight from Gauhati to Kolkata, an amount of Rs 5, 917.00/- was debited from my credit card account, even though no purchase took place.

as such the amount needs to be refunded, but nothing has happened from ur side for the last 20 days.

i have called the customer service number and mailed the support id, a number of times, but to no avail

last time when i called ur service centre number on 2/06, ur call centre executive named Dipesh told me that the refund amount would be reflected in my account within 2 days. but nothing has happened.

need u to look into the matte
