Do not refund my money

Dear Sir

I am very sorry to say that I had purchased a ticket from New Delhi (NDLS) to Motihari (MKI) on 22 th june in Sapt kranti express (2558). I had purchased this E ticket & make payment through SBI DEBIT CARD . My money has deducted but due to some inconvenience cause i unable to got my ticket.

So i request you kindly help me in order to refund my money.
