Refund of Failed Transactions not processed

I booked one sleeper tatqal ticket from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam through internet on 30-06-10.

I used the ICICI gateway to make the payment. But the transcation failed due to system fault at irctc website (session expired).

Due to this the amount was debited from my ICICI account, but the ticked was not booked.

I checked the the booked history and could not find any ticket.

The details are:

Date of booking the ticket : 30-Jun

Date of Journey : 2-Jun

Total fair : 380 Rs

Can you please credit the amount (Rs 380/-) to my ICICI account
