Hi, I booked a ticket for my parents on 12th January with the following details-

Transaction ID 0175072439

PNR NO. 8138999758

Train name CSTM Asansol Ex

Date of travel 13 Jan

Passenger-1 Rajendra Saxena

Passenger-2 Shashi Saxena

Boarding CSTM

Res upto Jabalpur.

But due to some reason my parents cancelled their programme and I filer a tdr to get the money back. But on 15h june I received the an email with the following details-

Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.8138999758 has been regretted by ER on dt. 09-Jun stating that "As per records Passenger (s) travelled on the ticket". Against their letter no. IRCTC/Refund/2/28.5.10/ER.

I have repeately telling irctc through mail that my parents not travelled even though no reply.

This is the indian railway's service...
