Incorrect Refund Money

IRCTC Team,

I want to bring into your notice that I filed TDR against PNR No. 6442161652 and got the transaction ID - "0230994040".

The ticket was booked on 15-7 and the date of journey was 25-7 for two passangers. The fare I paid for the ticket was Rs 1900.

On the day of journey the train was reported late by 10 Hours from the scheduled time at Ayodhya Station (Information provided by Station Master) due to which we did not travel by that train and on 27-7 I filled the TDR against "Train Late More Than Three Hours And Passenger Not Travelled"

Now, I just checked and found that the refunded amount is Rs.940 which is incorrect. I am eligible to get full refund of the ticket but only half amount of the fare is showing as approved & refunded.

Can you please look into the matter and get my remaining amount refunded as well.
