check above tranactions ticket booking fail two times but ur refund money only once .even ticket also not genarated in booking history .i called so many times to ur customer care no 01123345500 but no one responding that is the service provided from your side and its prove how govt services are there in india

Check once again and refund remaning money back ASAP/.

This i Mailed for Refund Money for failure Tranasction. There is no replay mail or any other from IRCTC.this is comes under negligence. And i called somany times to following numbers) but no respone at all for 24 hours.this is the service of IRCTC.

I Called to 022 22618067 somany times the resposnse is careless and ugly. the person handle call for this number show build up and no sense and he dont know how to handle customer

this is show why india not developed since so many years because of this type response and employees..

please take necessary Action against this isuue.
