Hi,

My ticket from SBPY - ROU stations respectively for 18th Sep was not booked yet an amount of Rs-79 (actual fare 59) was deducted via Transaction ID: 0252937845 .

In the Refund Details its showing Payment Not Received From Bank in spite of my account being debited. This is very frustrating.

Please refund my money as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation.
