Money refund is not credited in my account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have booked an e-ticket through internet but due to some change in program i cancelled the ticket but till now i have not received money.

My transaction I.D is- 0254812626.

PNR no. - 2411651616.

Cancelled on 23/09.

Refundable amount - Rs. 640.00

the amount is mere but it is image of the government which is diminishing due to these all problems. if possible help me to get my money.
