POOR WEBSITE MAINTAINED BY IRCTC

NO ACTION OR REMEDY FOR IRCTC SITE FROM INDIAN RAILWAYS. AFTER SO MANY COMPLAINTS THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN BY RAILWAYS DEPARTMENT TO IMPROVE SPEED OF SITE FOR TATKAL BOOKING.THE POLICY OF TATKAL BOOKING BY OUR RAILWAY MINISTER IS GOOD BUT IT IS IMPLEMENTED IN A WRONG WAY. IT SHALL BE 2 DAYS (48 HRS) BEFORE THE STARTING TIME OF THE TRAIN.NOT FOR ALL TRAINS IN MORNING 8 AM. THIS WILL NOT WORK UNTIL WE HAVE A SUPER COMPUTER FOR WEB SERVICE THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE BY IRCTC.
