Money not refund

Respected sir,

I booked the train ticket on 11 -11 - 2010 from Kachiguda to puttur on Tatkal basis.

due to server problem for confirmation against booking i clicked the submit button for five times. i got the one ticket for which i filled the details, but the amount transacted towards my account is five times the actual rate for one ticket i.e 1031 X 5 = Rs 5155

please refund my extra money in my account as early as possible.
