I have a complaint to make for my online reservation done by an agent of 14/1/11
return. I wanted to cancell it since the train was late by more than 6 hours.
I tried to cancell the ticket on the phone but was unreachehable . so after
returning back on 16/1 I went to the agent for the cancellation but he simply
denyed by saying that the train has already reached. So is there any way by
which I can refund my amount back.
