I am also one of the Indians who are fade up of our corrupted systems. One decent example is Railway department. Today 09-Feb, I am on my computer since 7:30 just to prepare myself for booking :-). When I started booking there are aroung 120 seats however after several attempts they came down to WL23.Same thing happened to me (like several other Indians) many times in past but this is the first time I am writing complain. On the name of Tatkal facility we are already paying a significant amount then why railway department behaving like this. Isn't it extreme greediness? If we ask some railway clerk or agent for ticket booking then they can do it for you. I asked an agent who books through railway department people then he asked me an amount of 2000 for a ticket that actually worth 1050. What a pity that government bodies has nothing to do with general people; they only consider general population only at the time of applying Tax Rules.
What is the use of a facility which one can never avail it. 95% of the time we fail to book tatkal tickets online. WHY IS IT SO? Because we belongs to general category and we are not allowed to book ticket until Railway department itself or their agents are not done with their own ticket booking.
I request to honorable Railway Minister on behalf of thousands of Indians to please look into these issues. If Railway Department wants to earn money from their Agents and kindly provide them special Agent quota which similar to Tatkal and make rule if they found guilty of booking ticket from general people quota (by any means) then they have to pay a huge penalty. Sir, we are already paying a lot of money to government in different forms so kindly make our lives a bit easy. We all will be grateful to you.
