Amount to be Refunded

Respected Sir,

I am Nagabhushanam Nukala. Yesterday, I booked a ticket from Secunderabad to Vijayawada for KRISHNA EXPRESS through ANDHRA BANK DEBIT CARD(**** **** 8307) of an amount INR 208/-. But the transaction is uncompleted and amount is debited from my debit card without TICKET has not booked. I had also checked the booked history in my account. There is no confirmation. Kindly refund the amount.
