Subject; IRCTC not Refund ticket amount

Dear Sir

I Mukesh Kr. Shrivastava was not travel on the ticket of Railway which PNR no. 2542599262.

But IRCTC says that “REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:2542599262, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no: IRCTC/IPC/10-11/237/23.3.11/CR and the reason being : 261-CR/28 As per records Passenger (s) travelled on the ticket.
