NON RECEIPT OF e TICKET

Today I had purchased one e Ticket by Satabdi Express (12019) from Howrah to Durgapur on the 20th instant for my senior Mr. P K Chakrovorty & myself. I had purchased the ticket with my Citi Bank Credit Card. On completion of the transaction (Total value Rs.600/-) the screen informed me that my transaction was void as the Banker had refused to OK my payment.

I phoned up Citi Bank customer care & they informed me that my transaction has been passes & Rs.600.00 has been debited to IRCT name. My transaction approval code with Citi Bank, as informred by them is 070306.

As I am going to now buy the ticket over the counter, I would request IRCTC not to debit my Account with Citi Bank Credit Card.

Finally from 2.40 pm I had been trying to dial 139 (option 5) to get hold of railway customer care. Now it is 4.00 pm & no customer service representitive picked up the phone even once. Hence my complain to you.
