I have attempted to book a ticket from TRIVANDRUM TO CHENNAI on 18th-march in tatkal quota, the server got failed and i have been intimated "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE". But money has been taken from my SBI-atm/debit card account.

Kindly refund the money.
