I had booked a rail ticket through IRCTC portal for journey on 21/04. As the train was delayed for more than 3 hours due to mishap on that sector, I had filed a TDR on 22/04.The amount has not been refunded to me till date, even though I had reminded IRCTC several times through mail to settle my refund. I am giving the full details of the TDR filed by me.
Kindly help me to get the refund.
