I booked e ticket around 6 pm. After hitting pay on my IDBI bank accout page shown that your transaction is successful than asked me to wait then it remain blank for about 30 min.
when i checked history it was not in history of booked ticket but amout is deducted from my IDBI ac Rs 365
(7311475/033 2674) for kota to jaipur to be travelled on 21/4 train leaving from kota at 23.45 train no 59801.Till this time I havn't recieved any e mail or SMS. Please look into matter.
