I was trying to book tatkal ticket for 5/5 today 3/5 8am. When I clicked on the availability bullet, It is showing 'Regret/WL1' from 8.10am onwards. No link appearing for booking the ticket till 9.30am. Please see that same status is displayed for other dates also on which the booking yet to be opened.
