WRONG PNR INFORMATION

I had booked tatkal Ticket with PNR No.6257310027 for journey from

DBRT to NDLS on DBRT Rajdhani DOJ 06.05.11. On 139 Enquiry Fifteen minutes before the Scheduled Departure of Train i was informed/rcvd SMS that chart has been prepared and my tkt was not confirmed so i did not board the train. Next day on checking IRCTC Site i found that i have been alloted a seat and my tkt was confirmed. In Spite of my several mail for refund of Tkt amount has led to no results. I missed the Train because I was given wrong Information by PNR Enquiry. So why should i bear the Loss
