I'm Kangna vij (username: kangnavij), was trying to book my tickets

from Ambala cantt to Jammu in Shalimar express for 2nd sept. 2011

through Punjab National Bank debit card. But due to some reason my

transaction got cancelled and I haven't got the ticket. Afterwards the

ticket amount i.e: Rs.2, 478 got debited from my bank account. So

please make it credit to my account.

I have attached my Bank account mini statement with this mail, as

suggested by irctc customer care executive.
