To refund my money

When i was booking a railway ticket from New Delhi (NDLS) to Allahabad JN (ALD) today for 21-Dec For through irctc site.i made the payment by SBI Debit Card.

My transaction was unsuccessful.. but during this my money 640/- has been deducted from my accountbut the irctc is showing me Your Session has Expired when i booked second time and again deducted 640/- but give me single ticket that transaction was successfully done, so i need your kind support for refund my first time deducted money by IRCTC.
