Mumbai suburban season Ticket

Sir / Madam,

I had booked the Qtrly Suburban Train Pass (Mumbai) on 15th March. But till date have not received the same.

Upon contacting your Agent - Overnite Express Ltd, (No. 26853100 to 110) am being directed to their sub- agent whose name is Raju (No. 9920628733) and advised to call him. Have been contacting him for last 3 days and his patent answer is "have given to my person for delivery"

Also please note that I am a member of your Shub yatra scheme. I always book my outstation tickets through your website and never had any problems. But this time I am really disappointed with the service of your agents, who doesnt care about the priorities of a valued customer.

I really hope you might help me in this regard as am beginning to lose confidence in your service over this issue.
