yesterday (11 april) i have booked 2 ticket (bhumika verma and shivani verma) from irctc website from kota to jaipur (kota - jaipur passenger 21 april) my money rs 184 is deducted from my account but the ticket is not booked therefore i request you to pls refund my money back on my pnb account 1943000200188435
