Refunded amount is less than what actually needs to be

Hi,

I booked my ticket on 10-02, for the journey on 07-03, but the trains was late by more than three (3) hours, hence I filled TDR Reference No: ekt2012037004419085 and PNR No.2561026347, On the same date of my journey.

The ticket fare was Rs.274.00, but IRCTC refunded me only Rs.137.00 on 13-03 and as per rule of railways a full amount should be refundable in case of train late by 3hours.

So please do the needfull and refund my remaining amount also.
