No Refund after nearly a month.

Reason for TDR :

Irctc confirmed one ticket among family of 5. All other tickets were WL 1/2/3/4.

I fail to understand the logic of confirming one ticket. The rule does not permit travel on waitlisted e-ticket. The authorities have not responded to my querry.

Most of the time the querries seem to be answered by unknown (no name or designation is mentioned on the mail response) youngsters in an immature manner.
