Online Train ticket reservation Error- Debitted money

Hi Sir,

I have made an e ticket on the name Nagaraju J in Tatkal for train no.12763 from Tenali to Secunderabad on 22 april morning by internet but it showed processing but the ticket was not sent to me besides it deduced money from my HDFC account & my transiction id was 20015382 . It was deducted 2times from HDFC account and once from Citibank account. So I request you to please look into the issue and help me to credit the money into my account. My Irctc user id is naga312010.
