Deduction of amount from my account without providing e-ticket while internet booking

Dear Sir,

I have booked an e-ticket from Lucknow to Chandigarh in LKO-CDG Exp on 24 Nov for the date on 23 Dec No of Passenger: 1, Name: P C R Rao, Age: 26, Sex: Male, Class:3AC, Fare: Rs.774/-. While booking e-ticket I had paid the amount after following the instructions and filling all the required information but i didn't get any e-ticket and connection with internet interrupted, then again I logged in and tried for once more, now again the same problem repeated. Here also after paying the amount connection with internet interrupted. The TRANSACTION ID for the first transaction was 27747130. and the second TRANSACTION ID was 277478774. So the total amount deducted from my account in the process of booking e-ticket was Rs.1548/-.

Now, I am requesting u to kindly provide my e-tickets to my email id mentioned below for both the TRANSACTION IDs which i have not got PNR No, and any status of e-ticket. I have only left with Transaction Id's.
