Sir,

On dt. 04.10.10 I have tried to book a eticket on irctc but some problem there was not booked a ticket then after I have tried and booked a eticket from Bhubaneswar to Koraput in Hirakhanda Express. On 05.10.10 I have seen my Bank pass book that the amount Rs. 821 deducted in two times vide transaction No. 027753406691 & 027871588742 but in first transaction I have not received a ticket or also not received a message in my phone or in my ID. So please cheack the matter and add the deducted amount very soon.
