Failed payment refund amount of e-ticket

I, Ch. K.Durga Prasad lingam, from Eluru, West Godavari District, Eluru of Andhra Pradesh booked e-ticket Transaction ID 0280394664 on 1.12.2010 through irctc site but the login was failed at last step of transaction. an amount of Rs.351/- was deducted from the debit card of SBI, Vatluru branch of Eluru account No. 20027439834. then i tried second time i got e-ticket from Yesvanthpur to Rajahmundry in the name of the my son Mr. Ch.rohitraviteja vide transaction No 0280397638 and an amount of Rs.351/- was deducted from my account again. Please arrange to make refund the amount of my first transaction ID no. ID 0280394664 at the earliest. An early favourable action is solicited.
