this is the 1st complaint i am sending you. still there is no action taken and my money has not been refunded in my account. details are given below. please do the needful immedietly

dear sir/madam,

i have booked tickets on 1-07 from Cuttack to secundarabad in my SBI debit card and the transaction incomplete money has not been refunded yet (02-07).
