DURING THE E- TICKETING PROCEDURE WITH ABOVE CITED TRASATION ID, WE HAS NOT RECEIVED TRAIN TICKET DETAIL, BUT THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED THROUGH OUR HDFC BANK A/c OF Rs.345/- AFTER 15 MINUTES WAITING TO GET ANY DETAIL INFORMATION REGARDING E- TICKET, THAN & THERE, WE GO THROUGH FOR THE NEXT E- TICKET WITH TRANSACTION ID NO. 0342518741/18-5, PROCEDURE . AND BOOKED THE TICKET FOR OUR PLAN OF JOURNEY.
BECAUSE OF WE HAS NO ANY TICKET DETAIL OF FIRST TRANSACTION WE COULD NOT PROCEDU FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT, WHICH HAD BEEN DEBITED BY THE HDFC BANK. WE ARE REQUESTING TO YOU THAT PL. REIMBURSE RS. 345/- IN MY HDFC A/c NO.:09191530000335 AS EARLIEST.
