Deducted more than 25% of actual charge

Sir,

i booked a ticket a ticket from secunderabad to vishkapatnam in godavari expresson 26-9-11 for 28-9-11 in tatkal (with reference no:0396016112, pnr:1252732753) and i cancelled ticket on 27-9-11 morning 8.00am (that is before 24 hours of actual departure of train) but they deducted more than 25% actual reservation fee (nearly 75%)
