Non refund of airticket fare

SIR,

Ihave booked air ticket PNR No. B6XOW3 from Imphal to Delhi on 29 Sep ticket No. 0901600907562 to carry out journey through King fisher flight. But due to some technical problems the flight No. 3358 cancelled. They have intimated that the refund has already done to your agent. Since i have booked the ticket through IRCTC, the refund amounting to rs. 3851.00 to be processed after deduction if any by IRCTC. I have approached at all level, but after a lapse of 11 months no response found.

Pl do needful for refund of the same to my credit card at the earliest.
