Deducted Extra commission Money

Sir,

As Details given below, I booked tickets on the below mentioned dates including the commission amount of Rs.10 and on next day of the ticket booking extra money Rs.10 as commission was deducted from my SBI account without my authorization.. kindly do the needful to prevent any such incidences in future and to return mu unnecessarily deducted money.

but on the next day again Rs.10 was deducted by IRCTC from my SBI account without my authorization transaction details are given below.
