I had booked a rail ticket (PNR no- 6353816830). The train was late more than 6 hours and the passenger had one exam on time. Hence it was not meaningful to board the train. and i filed TDS on 26 Feb (ref no- ekt2011022602189018). As per the rule if train was late for more than 3 hours late, i should get my full money back. However even after 9 months and my repeated mail to irctc customer care. they have not given my money back. please find the attached screenshot for furtehr details. please look into it asap.
