My online User ID not provided since 3 Years

I am using SBI Railway Card since 3 Years. My Name is Muhammed Nowfel A., IRCTC membership No. 20723063632. I had requested so many times for online transaction ID for online transactions by E-mail on April 09. I sent to these emails ID [email protected], [email protected]. And there is no reply from IRCTC.

Please help...
