Lack /shortage of Gas

I booked bharat gas on 18th of Dec in Ganseh Gas Agency, Permabur, Chennai. The gas has been used or open from 19th of Dec.

On 16th of Feb it is empty. From 1st Feb we were not much used gas. But today suddenly it is empty. Not even used for 2 months.
