Dear Sirs,
i had purchased a bike (Yamaha Entiser) from Mr. Vishal Solanki, working with EATON Pune, He stays near Laxmi Road Pune. from the last one year he is buying time in getting the ownership in my name and till date he has not done the transfer. i have paid him the entire amount of 23000 Rs. for the bike. now he has started to not picking up my calls now a days. i am confused as to what to do. if i want to sell of this bike i can not even do that. i am totally helpless can some one help me out of this entire mess.
